The holidays just aren’t the holidays without lamb chops and truffles. (To view Grilled Lamb Chop recipe, see post on my site)
4 cans white truffles
2 bay leaves
Juice from grilled lamb chops (see site for recipe)
Heat large dutch oven on medium high heat. Pour lamb juice into pot and heat up.
Drain and rinse truffles. Cut the bigger ones in half. Place in dutch oven.
Put in both bay leaves and lower heat to low.
Cover pot. Cook until truffles become fragrant and more tender, about 15 minutes.
Serve along side Grilled Lamb Chops.
