Truffle Butter

Have you ever made your own flavoured butter?


Well, now is your chance. This butter is rich and decadent and will make pasta taste like heaven!


1 c. soften butter

2 tbsp. grated fresh truffles or bottled truffles (not canned!)


Place butter in a bowl and truffle shavings.

Whip together.

Pour out onto large size of parchment paper and roll paper over butter while gently forming a log with your hands. Twists ends shut and place in fridge overnight or place in freezer if you need it quicker.
