I know you must think putting cinnamon in a juice sounds odd. I promise you it’s heavenly. I love the energy this juice gives me without the side effects coffee causes me. I will spare you the details…
This juice helps me avoid the 3pm crash. You know what I’m talking about…You are at your desk, working on something someone else thinks is important and you feel that sudden urge to eat something sinful. You want that chocolate bar, in fact, you’re brain is almost screaming for it, but your butt says, please stop abusing me! This drink will not only give you that much needed energy boost at 3pm but it will also satisfy that inner beast. I promise.
1.5 c. coconut water
2 c. fresh spinach, washed and dried
1 c. kale, washed and dried
3 celery sticks
1/2 -1 whole banana
1-2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
Using a blender, blend all the ingredients together. Enjoy!
