Anti-Bloating Juice

This juice is full of anti-bloating ingredients. Each one of these ingredients – pineapple, fennel, peppermint and chamomile – help to de-bloat. I put them all together for one powerful anti-bloating juice!

If you suffer from bloating before your monthly visitor, and no I’m not talking about your mother-in-law, drink this juice every morning and fit into those jeans without that bloated feeling ever again!

Ingredients

1 inch slice of pineapple

1/2 fennel, chopped

A handful of fresh peppermint leaves

1/2 c.-1 c. chamomile tea

Instructions

Brew the tea and allow to cool.

Place pineapple, fennel and peppermint leaves in a blender or juicer.

Pour in the tea and drink!
